Coping with Cold Weather Educators Needed in the Rockaways

Rockaway has many residents that are not prepared for or coping well with the extreme low temperature winder conditions.  The Rockaway Resilience Network is seeking Rockaway residents and and other trainers and educators to help all Rockaway residents live comfortably through winter conditions of 2014.
